Starting School in Reception
If your child is due to start school in reception, you will need to complete an application form which is available from Cheshire East Council. This process needs to be completed the year before your child is due to start school. Even if you have an older child who already attends the school, or you live within the school catchment area, an application must still be completed. Please note: All parents and carers have a legal duty to ensure that once their child reaches statutory school age they must receive efficient full-time education.

September 2018 admissions
Your child will start school in the reception class in the September following their 4th birthday. If your son or daughter was born between 1st September 2013 and 31st August 2014, you should apply for a school place from September 2016 for admission in 2018. Parents/Carers can make their applications online on the Cheshire East Website.

Applications for In Year Transfers
Parents of pupils wishing to join the school at times other than the beginning of their child’s reception year, are welcome to contact the school office to arrange a visit to the school. During this visit the Headteacher, or member of the senior leadership team, will be happy to take you on the tour of the school and discuss any questions that you may have.
In addition to this, you will also need to complete an application form that can be obtained from the Cheshire East Website
